Ella Guerrero begins her first season on Head Coach Kirby Moore’s staff, serving in the role of director of recruiting operations.
Guerrero arrives in Pullman having spent the previous two years as the assistant director of recruiting operations at the University of Missouri. While there, she worked with Moore throughout the yearly recruiting cycle. As an undergraduate, she spent nearly two years as a recruiting and operations student assistant for Baylor football.
Guerrero graduated from Baylor University in December of 2023 with a degree in Health, Kinesiology and Leisure Studies.
