Cougars Spend First Full Day in San Diego

PULLMAN, Wash. -- The Washington State University football team spent its first full day in San Diego Tuesday as it prepares for the 2016 National Funding Holiday Bowl Tuesday, Dec. 27.
The Cougars began the day by receiving a few bowl gifts, a Holiday Bowl watch and a Holiday Bowl hat.
Following meetings in the afternoon, the Cougars held a full practice at Mesa College in San Diego.
Saturday activities include a tour of a Navy battleship along with another practice at Mesa College.
Tuesday's Holiday Bowl against Minnesota will begin at 4 p.m. and will be televised by ESPN.
