FRESHMAN (2003-04): Cross Country - Competed in three meets, but did not score for the Cougars...at Pac-10 Championships (11/1/03, Pullman) finished 74th overall and ninth on team...Indoor - Established collegiate mile time of 5:37.28i (1/31/04, Pullman) and 3k time of 11:37.79i (2/7/04, Moscow)...Outdoor - Redshirt season.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight high school letters, four each in track and cross country for coaches Carey Bacon and Mike Grambo at Blaine High and coach Mark Kerr at Sehome High...two-time captain of cross country team...finished second in state cross country as freshman and sophomore...placed second in state in 3200m as freshman...finished fifth in state cross country meet as junior and finished ninth as senior...took eighth in state in 3200m as senior and sophomore...competed in Nike Borderclash four times.
