Mike Slife begins his first season as the Washington State Football Assistant Director of Player Personnel.
Prior to WSU, Slife worked two seasons as a recruiting assistant at Colorado and two seasons as the outside linebacker’s coach at Colorado School of Mines where the Orediggers won the 2016 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference title and boasted the Harlan Hill Award winner in quarterback Justin Dvorak.
Slife spent the 2015 National Football League season working with the Cleveland Browns, working in the club’s player personnel department and previously spent four years (2011-14) as in intern and a scout with Ourlads Scouting Services.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Slife lettered in football and lacrosse as a prep at St. Ignatius and his is married to his wife, Allison.
